This policy explains what San Antonio Movers (the "site", at sanantoniomovers.net) collects, why, and who sees it.
The site is a referral website: it helps people find moving pros and does not do the work itself.
Operator: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772. References to "we" below mean Terra Nova Trading LLC.
We use what you send to pass your request to moving pros and to follow up with you.
We also keep proof of the consent you gave, block spam and abuse, and keep the site running.
Each request is forwarded to up to three moving pros, with your name, phone, email and message.
They are independent businesses, and once they have your details their own privacy practices apply.
We also rely on service providers for hosting, phone and text delivery, email, and the AI language model behind the chat assistant. They process data for us only as necessary to provide those services.
Information may also be shared to comply with legal obligations or to address fraud, abuse or security issues.
We may receive payment from pros for referred requests or calls. Some state laws treat that as a sale of personal information, and the state section below explains your options.
The consent box you ticked allows up to three pros to call, text and email you about your request, including by automated means.
You do not have to consent to use the site. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to a text to opt out and HELP for help. If several pros text you, reply STOP to each one.
Logs of chats, calls and site visits stay for up to 24 months; after that they are deleted.
Requests and the record of your consent are kept for 5 years, which lets us show that you consented, and are then deleted or stripped of identifying details.
Ask us if you want yours removed earlier.
Reasonable safeguards are in place for the information we hold.
No website or storage system is completely secure, and we are unable to promise otherwise.
The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect their information, and if you think a child has sent us some, contact us and we will delete it.
You may ask to see, fix or delete your information, or to stop us sharing it with pros.
Reach us by email privacy@sanantoniomovers.net, use the contact form on this site or call (210) 625-4466. Expect a check on your identity before we act. We extend these options to all visitors, not only residents of states whose laws require it.
If you live in Texas, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and profiling. This site does not use targeted advertising. Send requests through the contact page; if we say no, you may appeal by writing back to us.
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. For privacy questions, email privacy@sanantoniomovers.net, use the contact form on this site or call (210) 625-4466. Our mailing address is Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
